about

This is an old song I wrote a while ago and believe there are crappy versions floating around on the internet. This is a more modern take on old thrash metal, in drop-C tuning. Fast, heavy, and very aggressive with a melodic bridge and a very "pretty" guitar solo as well.

I also donated this song to the self-titled Nonpoint album, where it eventually became a song called "Dead Roses". However, it was cut out of the recording process early on in pre-production and we never touched it again.

This is the original music I'd written. Here, it's re-recorded and hopefully it sounds a little better than the old version if any of you have heard it.

In usual Cheesebone fashion, there are no lyrics here - so make 'em up as you go along and feel free to share your ideas with me!!!

Written, recorded, mixed, and mastered in my living room - so don't expect the production to knock your socks off :)

Cheesebone Denver, Colorado

Hey hey!

You may know me as the old lead guitarist from Nonpoint,, and more recently playing for Taproot, but what you may NOT know about me is that I write A LOT more music than what ends up on albums.

I'm hoping that you all enjoy the music and anything I earn here will go directly to baby bills, Haha. Believe me, I need it!

Much love everyone, and thank you for the support!!
